Cannot transfer in the first 6 or final 6 months of the lease term (some exceptions may apply). CA Transfer Fee $695 & WI Transfer Fee $0. This lessor is not processing lease transfers indefinitely as of July 1st, 2020.
Addtl. Restrictions
Please be advised that without the written consent of Mercedes-Benz Financial (1-800-654-6222), the completion of a transfer agreement and the payment of applicable fees, any transfer or sublease violates the Mercedes-Benz Financial Lease Agreement. The original customer is responsible for all charges and fees prior to the date of transfer, including the Transfer fee. Mercedes-Benz tire and wheel protection packages do not transfer to the new lessee.
