Chrysler Financial Services leases written October 1, 2009 and forward fall under the policies and procedures of General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) and have no post transfer liability. Please see GMAC link for more details. Leases written prior to GMAC transition typically hold liability for the original lessee post transfer. Transfer policies are set at regional level and may vary from office to office.
