I was completely unsure of what I was getting myself into with Swapalease after reading mixed reviews, however, I was a bit desperate to get out of my lease so I gave it a shot.
Well... I can say for sure it was worth the money spent! Lisa F. was super helpful and responsive. Her call back time was typically less than 20 minutes the same day! It took approx 4 months to find someone to take over my lease. I would use this service again for sure and I would highly recommend using Lisa. Swapalease gave my car the exposure it needed. Tip: if you want to move your car fast...I highly recommend a fat cash incentive. Good luck!

You guys are without a doubt the best. What an enjoyable experience all around. Not only was I able to find someone to assume my lease, but the process took 3 1/2 weeks from the time I listed the car to the time I delivered it to the person who assumed the lease. This time frame was less than half of what I was told by swapalease.com, far exceeding my expectations! What's more is that I had six serious inquiries during this time frame. I worked with Christina D. from Swapalease.
She was stellar. She guided me through the whole process and broke it down into simple understandable parts to transfer my lease. Christina answered all my questions. She told me when to give a discount, when not to, she even wrote the advertisement for me. Literally, and I'm not kidding, I must have gotten 60-70 inquiries about the car. The whole process took about 6 weeks and 2 of those weeks were due to the leasee being on vacation.
Simply put use Christina if you want to get your car lease transferred.

I was referred to Swapalease by my dealership. I was part way through the registration process when I was contacted by Lisa F., a Sr. Acct Mgr.. She was extremely helpful in getting me set up and showing me how to save some money. Once I was set up I had a successful contact within 60 days and closed the transaction within 90. The new lessee and I did the paperwork directly with the leasing company since I had guidance from my dealership. I would definitely work with Lisa and Swapalease again.

I signed up/posted my car on Swapalease in October 2017. Jessica R. was my point of contact and she was extremely helpful during the entire process. Always responsive, making sure the pictures I wanted were posted, helping me add incentives when needed, giving me advice, etc. It took a few more months than expected to get rid of the car, but it ended up working out. This is a great site to use, as it is trustworthy and really lets you handle the process on your own. You are able to chat with whomever reaches out to you, so you don't have to go through different parties.
