Going through a lease transfer was a new experience for me. Our transfer was the result of a retired company executive and I was skeptical that we would be able to find an interested party. Nick W at Swapalease was great to work with and they provided us with a tremendous response to our listing.

When I singed in, she was following up with me on step by step from the initial listing to advising on contacts I got, all the way until my lease was transferred successfully and I got a letter of no liability.

She even contacted the seller to confirm if the car was available before I actually paid up for the service. And then she gave me a discount on membership. This was my first experience with Swapalease. I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical at first; thinking it was just another type of site that has a fee associated with it. I did some research on it, including YouTube reviews and was still not sold. I didn’t want to spend a bunch of money just to list it on another “cars for sale” type website. So, I decided to call to get the sales pitch from a salesperson, and during the conversation with my salesperson (Jeff E*******) I started to ask some questions, including how long has he been doing this? What the realistic average success sales are? And the true length of time it takes to complete the transfer process? Well by the end of talking to Jeff, I did feel more comfortable that I had honest answers and decided to take the next step, and I’m glad I did. It’s not something to do if you’re in a rush to get out of your vehicle, because it needs to go through several processes. But for me, the 40 or so days to get totally out of the lease was well worth it. It also helps weed out the tire kickers, and the dreamers who have no credit, or bad credit. If you have the option to request a specific salesperson when giving this a try; this guy was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and there for me with every question I had till the end!!
