I ultimately did not move forward with Swapalease because a family member decided to take mine over, but I still wanted to leave a review because I had a great experience working with Tim J. He patiently walked me through all the details of the service and answered all of my (many) questions. He was not a pushy salesperson which I really appreciated. It's rare that you experience such stellar customer service!
I think Swapalease is the best. I use it all the time to exit my leases. So far 3 times in the last 2 years.
This was the first time I used a service such as Swapalease and it was a positive experience. The Swapalease representative, Tony S. was incredibly helpful in explaining all aspects of their services. The website is easy to use and update. Anytime I had additional questions, the representative, Tony S. always promptly returned my emails and/or phone calls. Even better, I sold my car and probably could have sold it many times over. I had so much interest in my listing which my representative gave me useful advice. I would definitely utilize the services in the future!
The WOW to me was how many " real" potential swappers called either the same day or the next morning. We actually swapped the car the morning after we placed the ad.

This is my seventh experience using Swapalease. Each time, I have been assisted by Noli H. He is efficient and professional and very accommodating.
Swapalease provides a seamless and hassle-free way to exit a Lease.
I recommend the reasonably priced full exposure ad to move the vehicle quickly. There is no time limit for the one-time fee and the vehicle ad remains prominent until the lease is assumed.
Unlike other companies, SAL only charges one fee to the listing person and there is no commission to SAL following the sale.
I highly recommend SAL over the other companies.

I never in a million years would have thought I'd get as much activity on my lease as I did. Now it still took a couple months and a few different tire kickers until the right person came along but they definitely helped me get rid of my lease. At least you know you are going through a legit company with serious buyers. I tried to get rid of this myself on social media and all I got were people who couldn't pass a credit check. I signed up/posted my car on Swapalease in October 2017. Jessica R. was my point of contact and she was extremely helpful during the entire process. Always responsive, making sure the pictures I wanted were posted, helping me add incentives when needed, giving me advice, etc. It took a few more months than expected to get rid of the car, but it ended up working out. This is a great site to use, as it is trustworthy and really lets you handle the process on your own. You are able to chat with whomever reaches out to you, so you don't have to go through different parties.
Swapalease is a great service. It's easy to use, and the messaging system (and app) for communicating with potential buyers is simple and convenient. Swapalease personnel were helpful each time I called and my rep (Vernon) was extremely communicative and detailed throughout the process from me scoping out the service to answering my initial questions, and guiding me through the final transfer process. Swapalease is a Godsend to get u in or out of a lease. I've been dealing with Swapalease for about 12 years I get all my vehicles through them I refuse to go to a dealer again! I get some pretty incredible deals and savings dealing with Swapalease by not going to the dealer I don't have to put any money up front to take over someone's lease it helps me and it helps them I dealt with Ron B. on the lease that I just got out of and he was fantastic it took me about 4 weeks to find a buyer and it got me out of my lease Swapalease is fantastic I just wish they would do more public advertising so more people would know about them. When you contact Swapalease their salespeople go right to work for you and they don't stop until you're satisfied and your vehicle is gone. Ron B. was great he posted the pictures for me help me with the wording in the advertisement he did me a great service thanks Ron for all your help!
I worked with Christina D. from Swapalease.
She was stellar. She guided me through the whole process and broke it down into simple understandable parts to transfer my lease. Christina answered all my questions. She told me when to give a discount, when not to, she even wrote the advertisement for me. Literally, and I'm not kidding, I must have gotten 60-70 inquiries about the car. The whole process took about 6 weeks and 2 of those weeks were due to the leasee being on vacation.
Simply put use Christina if you want to get your car lease transferred.
Listed my car on Swapalease but didn't really expect much interest. Boy was I wrong! Within 2 months I had about 8 serious inquiries.
The 3rd person was fully vetted by my leasing company and the car was officially given to him.
Instead of paying $5000+ to terminate the lease the small fee for Swapalease did the job in record time. My contact Amy T was patient and professional during the process and answered all my endless questions always reassuring me that all would be ok.
