We understand that this is a difficult time, and I want to assure you we will continue to provide a high level of customer service for as long as we are permitted to do so. Should something change where our lease transfer experts are not available during standard business hours please understand that most of our business functions can be managed directly online at Swapalease.com. Online functionality includes, but it is not limited to the following:

  • Completing listings
  • Updating listings
  • Corresponding with other clients
  • Initiating lease transfers
  • Learning about both leasing in general & the specifics of transferring leases

     We are monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and are following the advice of the Centers for Disease Control, government agencies, and health officials. Our main concern is of course with humanitarian impacts of this situation. We empathize with all who are experiencing inconvenience and disruption during this time, and want to ensure we communicate with our clients that we are taking additional precautions to ensure the continued health, safety, and availability of our team.

     We appreciate your consideration of all local ordinances and remind our buyers and sellers to postpone any face-to-face vehicle showings if you are exhibiting flu-like symptoms or if your locality has asked that you observe Social Distancing as a preventative measure.
