Volkswagen starts pricing for 2013 CC coupe at $30,250
Volkswagen has tuned its redesigned CC sports car for the American car leasing marketplace, with luxury tips, front and rear styling updates and a long list of standard features. The four-door coupe will start at $30,250 when it reaches vehicle lease showrooms this spring, and will feature eye-catching points like bi-Xenon headlights and LED taillights.
Buyers can choose from two different powertrains, starting with a turbocharged, direct-injected 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with 200 horsepower. Shoppers seeking extra kick can opt for the 3.6-liter VR6 engine and upgrade to 280 hp.
The entry level auto for the 2013 CC lineup is the 2.0T Sport, decked out with self-sealing tires, LED license-plate illumination, rain-sensing windshield wipers, heated front seats and a touchscreen sound system.
Drivers who need more capabilities can choose the 2.0T Sport Plus at $32,850, the 2.0T Lux at $35,355, the VR6 Lux at $37,730 or the VR6 4Motion Executive at $41,420.
The high-end models include popular vehicle lease features such as a navigation system, ambient lighting, headlight washer system with heated nozzles, a rearview camera, all-wheel drive, paddle shifters, a driver’s seat with massage function and proximity sensors for front and rear Park Distance Control.
