Mazda prices 2013 CX-5 compact SUV at $20,695
Shoppers looking for lease specials on compact SUVs learned the sticker price for Mazda's 2013 CX-5 this month when the company announced that U.S. dealers would offer entry-level Sport trim sales at $20,695.
The five-passenger crossover uses Mazda's Skyactiv technology to wring 35 miles from every gallon in highway driving, and 29 mpg combined.
Stepping up from a manual to automatic transmission boosts the vehicle lease price to $22,095, while adding the all-wheel-drive (AWD) powertrain will cost shoppers $23,345. Technology lovers can add another $400 for the Bluetooth hands-free phone and audio system and 5.8-inch in-dash color touch-screen monitor.
The Touring trim line starts at $23,895 for front-wheel drive and $25,145 for all-wheel drive. An additional technology package outfits the car with an in-dash TomTom navigation system, auto-dimming mirror, pivoting adaptive front-lighting system (AFS), rain-sensing windshield wipers and an anti-theft alarm.
